We may take a deposit when you book an appointment. This will be applied to your treatment costs. We understand that things sometimes come up and that you may need to reschedule your appointment. We will always be as flexible as possible, and deposits will be refunded if you subsequently cancel the appointment with more than 2 working days’ notice.
However, we reserve the right to retain your deposit in case of late cancellations/modifications. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide 2 working days’ notice to avoid cancellation fees.
This may sound strict, but quite simply, if you cancel with less than 2 working days’ notice, it is very difficult for us to rebook your appointment (s), which means we are unlikely to be able to treat another patient in your place.
We will always try to be sensitive to personal circumstances in the event of late cancellations.
