Dental Implants Cost – Each Type + Finance Packages
As you might know, dental implants are the most life-like, advanced tooth replacement prosthetic on the market.
However, with different types, methods and versions designed to target different tooth loss cases, it’s easy not to understand how much it will cost you exactly to replace your missing teeth.
But don’t worry. We’ve broken it down by treatment and by problem below for you…
Overview of dental implant costs
Free consultation
- If you’re interested in progressing with dental implants and would like to visit our London clinic, we’d be happy to offer a complimentary consultation.
- You can book by calling 020 7928 4474 or book this appointment online by selecting ‘Complementary Implant Consultation’ (£25 deposit to secure appointment, refundable on the day).

Single tooth loss
- Implant type: Single implants
- Cost: £2,950
You can opt for a single implant if you have one missing tooth and do not wish to bridge the gap. The cost of one implant is £2,950, which includes the abutment and crown.

2-3 missing teeth in a row
- Implant type: Implant-supported bridges
- Cost: from £12,999
If you have two or three missing teeth in a row, we can use one dental implant combined with a bridge to replace up to three missing teeth if healthy teeth exist on either side of the gap.
Please also note that three dental implants can hold up to five teeth.
2-3 missing teeth not in a row
- Implant type: Multiple implants
- Cost: £2,950 per tooth
If you have missing teeth throughout the mouth that are not in a row, you’ll have to use separate dental implants to close the gaps. Alternatively, if gaps neighbour missing teeth, we can look into bridging these instead.

Total tooth loss – full mouth replacement
- Implant type: All on 4 or Implant-Retained Dentures
- Cost: £8,999-£14,000
For patients with a full jaw (arch) or a full mouth of missing teeth, we can use three or four dental implants, for example, to hold a full set of teeth on a denture rather than replace each gap with a dental implant.
There are two types of dentures: one that’s removable and snaps-on, referred to as Snap-on Dentures or Implant-Retained, and then the more advanced, All-on-4, which is fixed and offers the least degree of movement.

Are there any additional costs?
Depending on your case of missing teeth, additional procedures may be required to ensure you’re suitable for implant placement. For example, bone grafts, sinus lifts and even hygiene sessions might be needed to sustain implant viability.
