all on 4 dental implants render

All on 4 implants

FROM £232 pm

(60 months – £0 deposit)

What are they?

All on 4 is a patient-friendly and scientifically-proven full arch rehabilitation method to replace an entire row of missing teeth using just four dental implants.

How they work

Teeth are replaced with four or six implants, which will be surgically positioned in the jaw at a certain angle to make this procedure completely graftless.

The four or six implants will hold a custom-made temporary bridge, which will be immediately loaded until your final prosthetic is ready to permanently fixed three or four months later after a period of osseointegration (healing) has taken place.

The procedure

The procedure is relatively simple, completed under local anaesthetic chairside. However, IV sedation is available at an addition cost for nervous patients.

It will take on average four hours to place the four implants within the jaw and to fix the temporary teeth in position.

The benefits
  • Immediate results
  • Fewer implants needed
  • Bone preservation
  • Better stability for prosthetic teeth
  • Non-removable
  • Simple maintenance
  • Long-term solution to total tooth loss

Implant Dentures

From £325 pm

(60 months – £0 deposit)

What are they?

Implant-retained dentures use a small number of dental implants (typically three) to lock a denture prosthesis into place without the need for suction or sticky adhesives.

Whilst they offer a fixed solution, they are removable and can be taken out to clean.

How they work

As implant-retained dentures use a titanium screw that’s embedded into the jaw, the bone grows around the implant, making them stable and secure. By doing this, dentists can achieve a better physical retention to keep the prostheses firmly in place.

Attachments or abutments are then used to click or snap the denture into place.

The procedure?

During the implant-retained procedure a dentist and surgeon will place the dental implants into the jawbone. The patient will then have to wait around three to six months for the implants to fuse with the bone before the final prosthetic can be placed. During this time patients will wear a healing denture.

The benefits
  • Helps prevent bone loss in the jaw
  • Look like natural teeth
  • Reduce movement
  • Stabilises uncomfortable and loose dentures

Zygomatic Implants

FROM £511.55 pm

(60 months – £0 deposit)

What are they?

Zygomatic implants are immediately loaded implants, which avoid the need for bone grafting as they use two dental implants to secure into the cheekbone for better stability and retention.

How they work

Zygomatic implants are longer than typical dental implants and are implanted into your cheekbone to provide a stronger and more secure foundation. As they are placed in the zygomatic arch they provide a more stable alternative to All-on-4 if you have a severe lack of bone at the front of your jaw.

The procedure

The zygomatic implant procedure is fast and effective with results being achieved after your appointment (in one day). As bone grafting is not required, we can avoid the complex parts of the surgery by extending two implants into the maxilla sinus, which means no movement will be experienced.

IV sedation is recommended.

The benefits
  • Minimally invasive procedure
  • Immediately loaded teeth
  • Stronger, more solid support
  • Natural-looking smile
